Welcome to TechVantage. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, courses, and services offered by TechVantage ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our website, enrolling in our courses, or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

1. Use of Our Services

1.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of our website or enroll in our courses, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

1.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access our services and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

1.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or for any purpose that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. 2. Course Enrollment and Payment

2.1 Course Fees

The fees for our courses are as stated on our website. All fees are in Philippine Peso (₱) and are subject to change. Any changes in fees will not affect those who have already enrolled and paid for a course.

2.2 Payment Terms

Payment for courses must be made in advance, either in full or according to the installment plan chosen at the time of enrollment. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

2.3 Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be made in writing within 7 days of the course start date. After this period, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis, but they are not guaranteed. If a refund is approved, it may be subject to an administrative fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Course Materials

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, handouts, lab exercises, and assessments, are the property of TechVantage and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website or in our courses, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
• If we provide social media features with certain content, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features.

3.2 Trademarks

The TechVantage name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of TechVantage or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

4.1 Code of Conduct

When participating in our courses, whether in-person or online, you agree to:

• Treat all staff, instructors, and fellow students with respect.
• Not engage in any behavior that could be considered disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate.
• Respect the privacy of other students and not share their personal information.
• Use the equipment and facilities provided with care and in accordance with any instructions given.
• Not record, copy, or share course sessions without prior written permission.

4.2 User Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to attend scheduled classes, complete assignments, and participate in course activities. We cannot guarantee results or outcomes from participating in our courses, as individual results depend on various factors, including your own effort, prior knowledge, and application of the skills taught.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will TechVantage, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, our website, courses, or any content on the website or obtained through the courses, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

The foregoing does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TechVantage, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services, including, but not limited to, any use of our website's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or our services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of our services thereafter. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
